Prabode Weebadde

Chief Executive Officer and Chief Software Architect – Prabode has more than 17 years of industry experience and 14 years of hands-on software development experience. He has performed many roles in various high profile software projects, including but not limited to, software architect, developer, development team manager and tester. Prabode is a certified Rational/IBM software consultant and holds an MBA and a BS from University of Colombo. Prior to starting Venturit Inc., Prabode was the CTO of Object Insight Inc. for 10 years. While at Object Insight Inc. he provided consultancy service and outsource development services to companies such as Unisys, ProQuest, Campfire, JStor, Siemens, Toolshed, ICON and TuneCore. Prabode is a co-founder of Loud Feed, a SaaS that provides tools for independent artists to sell, promote and license their music. Prabode also work with MSUGlobal as an on call academic. When Prabode isn’t hacking with code, he plays hockey, volleyball, squash, and poker. Prabode likes to watch movies based on true stories.

Greg Meyers

Chief Marketing Officer – Greg Meyers has been at the forefront of the Internet Industry since 1998. Starting from a web designer/developer, he then migrated over to Online Marketing where he has led teams and helped both large corporations as well as small businesses improve branding, increase revenues, cut costs and succeed online. In 2008, Greg founded iGESSO LLC, an Internet Marketing Firm which is forged on the simple principle that Internet Marketing is just as much an Art as it is a Science. iGESSO offers PPC, SEO, Social Media, Web Analytics and Landing Page Optimization services. Greg is also an established author (www.semgeek.com) and contributor to many of the top blogs and news sites in the Search Marketing Industry.

Brian Collins PhD.

Senior Vice President, Product -
Brian has designed and developed Cognitive Flexibility Theory-based applications since 2002. Brian has led the development of Interlinked Challenges (http://interlinkedchallenges.org/), a site that addresses global challenges and sustainability in an interconnected, complex world, and EASE History (http://www.easehistory.org/), a theoretically based hypermedia program that is designed to support the understanding of historical events, campaign ads, and core democratic values. Brian has a Ph.D in Educational Psychology and Educational Technology from Michigan State University. Brian has published numerous articles in journals, written book chapters, and has spoken at a variety of conferences and seminars on learning and new media. When Brian isn’t working, he’s reading books, watching movies, and agonizing over Wisconsin and New York sports teams.

Chathura Jayantha

Chief Technical Officer, Technology Center – Chathura has more than 9 years of software design and development experience. He is specialized in web application development using Open Source frameworks such as Ruby On Rails (ROR) and Microsoft technologies. He has contributed to successful implementation of several enterprise web solutions throughout his career. Chathura completed his BSc in IT from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. He enjoy playing cricket in his spare time.
