Description
As a Venturit contract sales representative, you will establish a presence in the Midwest to discover and approach prospective clients and firms to propose and close on software development deals. This role is 100% commission-based compensation, 1099.
Responsibilities

Represent Venturit, Inc. in and around your regional domain

Prospect, contact, and acquire new clients for software development services

Communicate effectively with clients, sales team members, project managers, and other Venturit employees
-
Build out and maintain a pipeline of clients; follow-up on accounts as necessary

Report sales results and act as a liaison between clients and Venturit, Inc.
Requirements
-
Highly motivated self-starter capable of generating leads and funneling new leads into sales

Experience selling software and software technology services

A proven track record of sales achievement as a sales representative

Experience directly managing a pipeline of complex, large deals

Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence to develop and present ideas to varying levels of audiences

Deep understanding of the sales process as it relates to Mid-Market & SMB companies
